Presentation

Cooked dishes served on a plate or in a round loaf of home-made bread: chicken in a confit of olives, beef cooked at low temperature, gravlax salmon.
Fish according to arrival cooked at low temperature with virgin sauce.
Accompaniments: vegetable compote, small potatoes with bravas sauce, glazed carrots.

Beef or saumn platter with sautéed potatoes for small gourmets.
