- Kitchen with induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, pressure cooker, washing machine;
- An entrance hall with a small storage area containing an iron and ironing board, and a clothesline.
- Balcony on street side. Some finishing touches (baseboards, paint) are planned by the owners.
