Presentation

NEW comfortable studio apartment on the ground floor, of 23 m² for 2 to 3 people. Independent kitchen. Coffee maker, boiler, Microwave, Combined-freezer, Dishwasher. High definition TV, wireless Internet. In the bedroom corner : 1 solide and very comfortable double bed, in the living room either a comfortable bed-couch of 140cm or a normal couch. Nice bathroom with shower. On your private terrace, you can have meals and grill, or relax in the garden. Trampoline, table tennis, soccer are available here upon request. Tennis courts at 5mn walk. Pétanque discovery classes or just boules available. Private parking within the property. Garden and the Laundry cleaner are shared. Welcome Cocktail on the main terrace of VILLA PEGASE, which hosts as well 2 B&B. = If you have friends, you could come together 6 to 12 pax ! Extra beds or matrazes possible. Place : - the villa is on the MONT ST CLAIR, residential, green and quiet area of Sète city - First BEACH bay at 10-12mn walking distance (800m), then a 12km of fine sandy beach with a promenade along it (car-park at 5mn by car) - SÈTE is an interesting city with its history, museeums, artists, music festivals, etc - Shops, restaurants, bus stop at La Corniche (800m) - Beziers Airport is the nearest (bus & train bring you here). Another is Montpellier airport. Hosts: we are a nice open-minded couple, who likes traveling and enjoy sharing our passion for the region. We are committed in making your stay as enjoyable as possible (advice, documentation, towels, CDs, pétanque boules... perhaps soon bikes...). We offer extra services if needed for fair prices, such as picking you up at the train station, prepare breakfast for you, for example for the first morning, or diner on arrival night... Languages: Cécile speaks fluently English and German, and some Spanish and Portuguese. Any question is welcome. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
