Cycle routes
Because a bike ride is always a good idea, our tourist offices will inform you with a smile about the best routes available in the area. But be warned: here, to reward your efforts, we have swapped the yellow jersey... For a swimming costume!
TOP START
There are two routes specially signposted for bicycles to get around Sète. The first one allows you to go around the city from the north, on the Thau lagoon side. The other goes around the south (sea side) and then leads to the Lido greenway. Are you undecided? A connecting route between these two routes is proposed.
ALSO IN SÈTE
Only two kilometres long, the Corniche de Sète walk is essentially recreational: you pedal gently while admiring the sea. This path, overlooking the sea, links the heart of the city to the "Corniche" district. Need a photo break? There are benches facing the sea... On arrival, you will discover the Corniche district, with its bars, restaurants, shops and, further down, large pleasant beaches and straw huts to enjoy a good time...
THE LIDO GREENWAY
On the programme for this route: 12 kilometres along the edge of the dunes, between Marseillan and Sète, which are extended by urban cycle paths allowing you to easily reach the town centre of Sète and Marseillan-Plage. By adding 5.5 km and 30 minutes to your trip, you will reach the port of Marseillan. A simple route recommended for families!
