Comfortable three-rooms apartment of 36.83 m2 and a glazed loggia of 7.44 m2, offering a sublime panoramic sea view. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator.) The beaches are just in front of the residence with direct access from the gate. The shops are 300 meters away. The apartment is composed of an entrance with a large closet. The living room is bright and has a sofa bed, a sideboard, a connected flat screen TV and WIFI. The kitchen side has 2 electric hobs, a fridge-freezer, a multifunction microwave oven, an extractor and a washing machine. In the first bedroom, there is a 140x200 bed for 2 persons, a chest of drawers and a flat screen TV ( only in operation with a DVD player.) In the second bedroom there is a 90 cm bed, a sofa bed for 2 people and a flat screen TV. The residence is very pleasant and wooded. A parking space is provided at N ° 50, closed by an electric gate.

Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: 50 € (for more details contact us.)

OPTIONAL services : bed linen rental (€ 10 per bed), towel rental (€ 10 per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) : € 60.
