Modern and spacious two-rooms cabin with a dual-aspect of approximately 33m2 plus a sunny glazed loggia of 10m2 facing the West and offering a view over the Quilles canal and its boats. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with an elevator). The beaches are 300 meters away and the shops 150 meters away.
The living room has an extra sofa bed, a TV, 2 toad armchairs and a well-equipped kitchen area (with hotplates, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven). In the bedroom, there is a double bed (in 140cm) and in the cabin, there is 1 double bed (in 120cm).
The bathroom (shower, sink) is separated from the toilet.

Animals not admitted. This apartment is labeled 2 keys holidays for 4 people. Late arrival possible: 50 € (for more details please contact us.)
