This 28m2 apartment + 5m2 of glazed loggia is located on the second floor (no elevator) in a residence 200 meters away from the beach. It is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a flat screen TV and an equipped kitchen (2 ceramic hobs, fridge / freezer, microwave, mini oven, washing machine), In the glazed loggia you will find a dining area (+ a high chair for children.) and a nice view of the canal. In the bedroom there is a double bed in 140cm. The bathroom (sink, vanity unit, shower) is separated from the toilet. The entrance of the apartment is composed of a cabin area with 2 bunk beds. The apartment is facing the East.

Animals not admitted. Late arrival possible: 50 € (details contact us)
