Nice, freshly renovated 2 bedrooms apartment of 72.54 m2 on the ground floor in a residence near the city center. Charming and comfortable, this apartment for 6 people has an entrance with a wardrobe to store your belongings. A living room with large corner sofa (convertible for 1 person), an armchair, a flat screen TV and a dining room with a large table and its original brick wall. An equipped and ventilated kitchen (hood, gas hob, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher), and dining area. Night side: first bedroom equipped with a 140x200 bed and storage space. Second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (an 90x190 upstairs bed and a 140x200 downstairs bed), a bathroom with a corner bath, washbasin, storage and WC.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and has all the charm and comfort you need for your stay in Sète.

You can do everything by foot by strolling along the canals before stopping for a lunch at the Halles de Sète. Enjoy the beaches at only 4 km away or choose to venture out in the heart of the city center at 600m by foot. You will find bus lines nearby and a free public parking 650 m away. Animals are not admitted in the apartment.
